Job Summary
Lead and shepherd the Willow Español congregation through pastoral care and Sunday gatherings, casting vision for a healthy, Christ-centered ministry. Develop and equip volunteer leaders and small group leaders while building bridges across ministries to unite the church around a multicultural mission. Perform pastoral responsibilities including prayer, baptisms, weddings, and funerals as needed.
