Job Summary
Conduct daily communication with ballot chase managers to build inter-community relationships and encourage residents to submit ballots. Construct a community network system to identify and monitor low propensity voting habits across designated precincts. Track goals and data daily in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager while fostering community relationships. Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance, and pass a background check. Must reside within three miles of the job location.
Required Qualifications
- Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
- Must reside within three miles of the zip code on job posting
- Chasers are required to have a valid driver license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable, and are required to pass a background check
