Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while demonstrating ownership of personal goals and store objectives. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales, process transactions accurately, and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism. Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentations, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and product placement while following asset protection and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available to move around all store areas.

- Communicate with excellence
- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
