Will Call/Order Pickup Representative

Job Summary
Assist customers with product orders at the Will Call counter, processing payments via cash, credit card, and other methods accurately. Maintain transaction records and verify order details, product codes, and quantities to ensure precision and minimize errors. Collaborate with the distribution center to prepare and pack customer orders securely for collection. Address customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide product recommendations while adhering to safety protocols and legal regulations. Help maintain the S.A.D. and Pro Shop display sales area to keep products fresh and ready for sale. Work Wednesday through Sunday during specified hours, supporting our mission to serve gearheads and restoration enthusiasts with exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
