Job Summary
Wildlife Technician responsible for delivering pest-control and wildlife services, including rodent and wildlife inspections, exclusion services, and customer interactions. Duties include performing service stops, diagnosing and resolving wildlife and pest issues (bees, wasps, bedbugs, fleas), diagramming properties for treatment, reading and explaining diagrams, reviewing contracts with customers and receiving payments, and conducting trap checks (snap and live). Requires technical proficiency with computers/smartphones, clear English communication (oral and written), attention to detail, ability to move safely at customer sites, and the physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather; must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
