Wildlife Sales and Service Technician

Hybrid Wildlife Sales & Service Technician in Foxborough, MA responsible for generating wildlife service revenue through lead management, prospecting, estimating, and closing sales within an assigned territory, and then personally performing the wildlife services sold. This role requires strong sales ability, technical wildlife knowledge, and excellent customer service. The technician must independently manage a territory, build relationships with residential and commercial customers, diagnose wildlife issues, present solutions, close service agreements, and complete high-quality exclusion, trapping, and repair work both indoors and outdoors. The role includes supporting the Wildlife Team on services not sold directly by the hybrid technician, including assisting with two-tech jobs, trap checks, and larger wildlife projects. Responsibilities span sales, service delivery, customer communication, documentation, scheduling, and compliance with licensing and safety protocols. Proficiency with ladders and power tools, on-site inspections, accurate documentation, and strong communication are required.
