Job Summary
Conduct wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations by setting up traps, cutting flashing, and installing hardware cloth. Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening while working safely on rooftops with harnesses. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal. Build strong connections with internal and external customers by following a service schedule within your assigned territory, educating clients on wildlife services, and meeting monthly sales goals. Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service while prioritizing safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
