Job Summary
Conduct wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, including setting up traps, cutting flashing, and installing hardware cloth. Safely work on rooftops using harnesses, perform basic repairs in animal-damaged areas, and maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers while following a service schedule within your assigned territory to meet sales goals. Prioritize safety when operating company vehicles, managing routes across counties, and handling equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
