Job Summary
Wildlife & Construction Specialist responsibilities include visiting customers to perform exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial properties, conducting inspections, trapping and baiting, performing light carpentry at roof levels and crawl spaces, installing crawl space vapor barriers and insulation, performing crawl space debris removal and disinfections, inspecting properties for wildlife damage, building internal/external relationships, and operating/maintaining service vehicles and equipment. Requires high school diploma or GED, 6 months of related construction experience, ability to set live traps, ladder/harness experience, knowledge of construction types, 2+ years of customer service, strong attention to detail, organization, punctuality, leadership ability, and a valid driver’s license. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 hourly, with total earnings depending on location, incentives, overtime, and route assignment; benefits start day 1 for FT and eligible for PT.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months related construction experience
- Ability to set live traps
- Previous ladder and/or harness work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Organized
- Punctual
- Ability to lead others
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
