Job Summary
Facilitate collective activities and strengthen neighborhood networks in Waddinxveen Noord by activating residents and bridging gaps between ideas and execution. Act as a connector between formal organizations, informal networks, and residents to support local initiatives, fundraising, and sustainable community projects. Identify neighborhood opportunities and challenges to signal them to partners and the municipality, while preventing pressure on professional care through preventive engagement. Work collaboratively with ward directors and stakeholders to foster social cohesion and collective problem-solving without taking ownership of resident-led efforts.
Required Qualifications
