Job Summary
Create and coordinate staff rosters and client plans by aligning employee skills, preferences, and capacities with client needs. Collaborate closely with regional teams, managers, and coordinators to ensure practical planning that functions effectively in daily operations. Provide guidance on collective labor agreements, working time regulations, and administrative procedures while supporting colleagues with the staff portal and planning software. Generate reports and communicate updates, actively contributing to continuous improvements in roster organization and digital planning tools.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding
- Ervaring met cliëntenplanning en dienstroosters
- Ervaring met Nedap ONS
- Houding: houdt van uitdagingen en staat stevig in je schoenen
- Houding: kunt goed zelfstandig werken
- Houding: zoekt actief samenwerking op met collega's en andere afdelingen
- Houding: kunt snel schakelen en goed overzicht bewaren
