Job Summary
Install large-format wall graphics, murals, and environmental branding elements, including window graphics, frosted privacy films, and vinyl decals. Measure installation areas, verify site conditions, and prepare surfaces by cleaning to ensure proper adhesion. Apply graphics using wet and dry methods, then trim, align, and finish to professional standards while operating ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely. Read installation drawings and floor plans, communicate with project managers regarding schedules, and troubleshoot field issues. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles, and assist with packaging, staging, and transportation of materials. Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50+ pounds required. Hourly compensation ranges from $28 to $34 depending on experience. IST offers professional training and advancement opportunities toward supervisor and site manager positions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience installing vinyl graphics, wall coverings, signage, or wide-format graphics
- Experience with large wall murals, corporate branding graphics, and window film installation
- Strong understanding of vinyl application techniques
- Ability to use measuring tools, levels, knives, squeegees, and heat guns
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
