Job Summary
Manage and supervise daily program services for WIC clinic sites, ensuring compliance with federal, state regulations, and TVCCA policies. Lead staff to provide excellent customer service while certifying nutritional eligibility, delivering nutrition education, and conducting individual diet counseling using Motivational Interviewing. Solve site-related issues and make decisions to maintain operational standards. Client contacts comprise 80% of duties, with administrative tasks accounting for 20%. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule to meet clinic needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in foods and nutrition, or community nutrition, or nutrition education, or nutrition sciences
- four years of full time work experience with nutrition in a health agency, or health facility
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong computer skills
- Must possess decision making, creative problem solving, organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to insured vehicle

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a WIC clinic desirable
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred
