Job Summary
Manage day-to-day WIC operations, supervise assigned staff through recruitment, coaching, and evaluations, and provide direct client care in individual and group settings. Conduct regular departmental meetings to align the team with strategic goals and agency objectives. Develop, monitor, and report on the departmental budget while ensuring compliance with State and Federal WIC guidelines. Lead Continuous Quality Improvement processes to assess, plan, design, and evaluate service delivery. Represent the agency at local, state, and federal meetings regarding matters affecting the organization. Maintain authorized participating WIC caseloads and coordinate overall care with other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 5+ years direct WIC Experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Washington State Certifier Competency Training within 6 months of hire
- English and Spanish fluency

- Knowledge of CQI processes
- Background in Maternal/Child Health and WIC program guidelines
- Experience working with Hispanic culture
- Bachelor's degree
