WIC Intake Specialist 7262

Conduct WIC intake screenings for eligibility, identity, and residency while scheduling appointments via the Indiana WIC Management Information System. Assist applicants with document completion, eWIC card issuance, and program education regarding approved foods. Perform height, weight, and hemoglobin measurements as needed, and support community outreach through farmers markets and local agency collaborations. Provide written information on Medicaid and social services, issue ineligibility notices, and facilitate voter registration for eligible clients. Maintain a compassionate clinic environment ensuring confidentiality and adherence to federal regulations.
