Job Summary
Jointly, A & Associates seeks a full-time Waste Recycling Laborer to perform general manual labor tasks under direct supervision, including lifting/moving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, digging/refilling holes, mowing/grass trimming, and equipment operations. Must wear PPE (safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed boots, yellow safety vest). Education: HS diploma or GED; preferred Associate’s degree. 1st shift 7:30am-3:30pm; salary $20/hour; in-person work location in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. No supervisory duties. 8-hour shift; benefits and equal employment opportunity statement included.
