WHXR Application Specialist

Job Summary
Deliver Mammography (WHXR) application training in clinical settings and serve as a technical liaison between customers and the sales organization. Support product demonstrations, site visits, and marketing activities while introducing new product features and imaging techniques. Coordinate and execute system training, monitor outcomes, and act as the focal point for the WHXR product team to solve customer issues and manage escalations. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize protocols and optimize clinical education initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree in radiography or biomedical engineering with over three years of WHXR technical/clinical experience. This role is onsite or hybrid at GE HealthCare.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in radiography or radiologic technology or biomedical engineering
- more than 3 years of WHXR technical/clinical industry experience
- Demonstrated experience working on WHXR systems
- Deep understanding of WHXR clinical education training and associated process implementation
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience
- Proficient use of software applications such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Desired Qualifications
