Job Summary
Oversee night shift loading of delivery trucks and maintain equipment while supervising 3-5 subordinate managers and 25+ employees. Determine work procedures, prepare routing, and expedite workflows to ensure accurate inventory control, proper security enforcement, and timely fulfillment of will calls and spa orders. Interview, hire, and train staff; assign work, appraise performance, and resolve complaints. Maintain inventory security and receiving procedures to eliminate pilferage. Required Qualifications
- valid forklift certification
- frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- three to five years previous warehouse management and/or training experience
- Associates degree from a two year college or technical school preferred
