Job Summary
Assist the Girls Varsity Coach in high school level cross country coaching, developing athletes mentally, physically, and emotionally through individual and team competition. Ensure all coaching aligns with MIAA Rules while helping students prepare for competition. The position is part-time, starting Monday, 8/24/26. Candidates must have experience coaching at the high school level and a strong understanding of the sport.
Required Qualifications
- experience coaching at the high school level
- strong understanding of the sport of cross country
- familiar with all applicable MIAA Rules
- ability to work effectively with high school age students
- ability to help develop athletes mentally, physically and emotionally through individual and team competition
- availability to start on Monday, 8/24/26
- willingness to work as a Part Time position
