Job Summary
Assist the Boys Varsity Coach in developing high school athletes mentally, physically, and emotionally through individual and team competition. Ensure all coaching activities comply with MIAA Rules while guiding students toward success in individual and team competitions. This part-time role begins Monday, August 24, 2026, and requires a strong understanding of cross country to support the varsity program effectively.
Required Qualifications
- experience coaching at the high school level
- a strong understanding of the sport of cross country
- familiar with all applicable MIAA Rules
- able to work effectively with high school age students
- able to help to develop our athletes mentally, physically and emotionally through individual and team competition
- Part Time position
