Job Summary
Drive wholesale sales and profitability by serving as the primary contact for existing and prospective wholesale clients. Develop and implement sales strategies for wholesale accounts, identify new clients, negotiate prices and terms, prepare and submit sales orders, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction. Analyze sales statistics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to emphasize product features, handle administrative duties, and support company growth. Requires 5+ years in a client-facing B2B sales role, a High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree appreciated), proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP systems (Entersoft or similar), strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team; travel and coordination with HQ will be supported. The position is in-person at Metamorfosi, Greece (Attica region).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing B2B sales role
- High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree appreciated)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Entersoft or similar)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work well in a team and manage travel as needed
