Job Summary
Wholesale Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations in a high-volume wholesale distribution setting, leading a team of warehouse associates, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety and OSHA standards, and ensuring timely processing of orders. Responsibilities include supervising receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping; training and supporting staff; maintaining warehouse organization; managing employee schedules; ensuring equipment maintenance; and performing other duties as assigned by the store manager. Requires strong logistics experience, leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5+ years of warehouse experience in a wholesale or distribution environment
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience in warehouse management
- Forklift experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving history
