Job Summary
Wholesale Territory Manager for the Midwest based in Chicago. You will spend substantial time in the field managing national accounts, conducting product knowledge sessions, building visual merchandising standards, and scouting independent accounts while balancing time between a remote home office and Huckberry's local store. Responsibilities include account management and visual merchandising, delivering brand-consistent PK training, territory growth and operations, and travel 50–70% across the Midwest. Proactively manage sell-through data, participate in trunk shows and local activations, and own territory planning, reporting, and budget efficiency. Requires 3–5+ years in field sales/territory management or retail leadership, a proven new-account opening track record, experience in product training, and strong Midwest retail relationships. Proficient in CRM platforms and comfortable with extensive travel; Driver’s license required. WFH flexibility and in-store collaboration are supported.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in field sales, territory management, or retail leadership—ideally within the apparel, footwear, outdoor, or lifestyle sectors
- A proven track record of opening new accounts, managing pipeline accounts, and driving territory sales growth
- Experience running product training for retail staff or working within national account field structures
- Established relationships within the Midwest specialty or independent retail community is a major plus
