Job Summary
Harvest all sunflowers and bi-weekly wholesale orders across various Morning Glory field locations while assisting in planting, weeding, and managing all flower crops. Organize and manage the harvest by arranging and stocking sunflowers, then support the Wholesale & Sunflower Manager in directing staff across all work areas, including the farm stand, kitchen, bakery, and pack house during slower months. Maintain farm equipment, trucks, vans, tractors, and greenhouse systems like fans, vents, and grow lights under the manager's direction. Provide support to the farm manager and owner by assisting in all flower farm efforts and educating staff on farming practices. Work year-round full-time at the West Tisbury Flower Farm, with possible unpaid travel breaks in December, January, and February.

Desired Qualifications
- A background in Horticulture is preferred
- Equipment and maintenance knowledge is preferred
- A background in cut flower farming and or the floral industry
