Job Summary
ITAD Wholesale Sales Specialist responsible for driving wholesale revenue by sourcing buyers, pricing equipment, and supporting go-to-market teams; manages wholesale inventory flow and coordinates with facility operations to move IT assets (primarily laptops and related equipment) through appropriate wholesale channels. Requires strong knowledge of secondary market pricing, buyer relationship management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment. Based on-site at the Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new wholesale buyers, maintaining relationships with existing buyers, negotiating pricing and terms, pricing inventory based on market conditions, coordinating with operations to ensure accurate inventory representation, and managing orders from commitment through shipment. Qualifications include 2+ years in ITAD/wholesale sales, familiarity with IT asset types and grading, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ITAD, wholesale sales, or secondary market/re-commerce operations
- Demonstrated ability to develop buyer relationships and close wholesale deals
- Working knowledge of IT asset types, specifications, and grading — particularly laptops and mobile devices
- Strong understanding of secondary market pricing dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
