Job Summary
The Wholesale Nursery Sales Executive at Arid Solutions will develop strategic client relationships, improve the company's market position, achieve financial growth, and manage B2B sales with landscape contractors and developers in the horticultural industry.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Nursery Industry
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of plant material, including health, quality issues, disease, and pests of landscape plants.
- Proficient in both oral and written communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Able to become familiar with industry-standard inventory/Point of Sale software
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and insurable on the companys insurance policy.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of specifications, contracts, and performance standards within landscape and nursery operations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
