Job Summary
Lead a large middle-office team responsible for end-to-end lending services across bilateral and syndicated deals, including transaction coordination, deal setup, funding, loan servicing, loan agency, and secondary loan trading. Oversee operational management of bilateral and syndicated deals, facility management, loan booking, accounting, and investor syndicate management across the Asia Pacific region (including Mumbai). Build relationships with business partners and stakeholders, serve as senior point of contact for segment heads, risk, legal, and other partners, drive process improvements and technology initiatives, and provide performance management and coaching to direct reports. Foster continuous improvement and collaborate with enablement teams to drive strategic direction and enhance client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Proven leadership skills with experience developing high-performance teams
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence change across teams and stakeholders
- Acute awareness of operational risks throughout the lending lifecycle
- Results-driven approach with ability to lead and drive execution
- Flexible and adaptable to new assignments and challenges
- Experience in performance management and coaching
