Job Summary
Lead the Mumbai Wholesale Lending Services team and establish the Mumbai-based operation, recruiting and developing staff to deliver seamless loan servicing for the India lending franchise. Design and implement robust operational processes and controls for loan servicing, oversee bilateral and syndicated deal and facility management, loan booking and accounting, and loan agency. Build strong relationships with lines of business and stakeholders, act as senior point of contact for Credit Risk, Legal, and other partners, maintain risk and control oversight, and represent the team in regulatory engagements. Drive continuous process improvements through technology initiatives and participate in strategic discussions to shape the Mumbai Wholesale Lending Services function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services
- Proven experience building and leading high-performance teams
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Experience in regulatory engagement and compliance within financial services
- Knowledge of lending operations and Loan IQ and facility documentation
