Job Summary
Support the execution, servicing, and origination of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across the loan lifecycle. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, legal, credit, operations and trading teams, to resolve inquiries and facilitate seamless transaction processing. Review and interpret loan documentation, applying attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure operational feasibility and risk mitigation. Participate in projects focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Maintain a strong controls environment, adhering to procedures and policies, escalating issues as appropriate. Contribute to excellent client service, supporting programs to enhance processes, reduce risk, and increase scalability. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team, supporting development of colleagues. Review Loan Market Association (LMA) standard documents and other legal documents including trade confirms, assignment agreements, and related documents.
Required Qualifications
