Job Summary
Wholesale Lending Services Analyst role in Bournemouth, UK, supporting the full lifecycle of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, servicing, and origination activities. Collaborate with clients, legal, credit, operations, and trading teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely transaction processing; review loan documentation for feasibility and risk mitigation; participate in change management to minimize disruption; uphold a strong controls environment; contribute to client service and process improvements; foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team. Key skills include understanding loan products, analytical problem-solving, excellent communication, multitasking under pressure, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with loan servicing/origination and regulatory/compliance concepts is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Baseline knowledge or experience in financial services, banking operations, lending services or trading services, with an understanding of loan products and transaction management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret documentation and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in time management, organisation, and prioritisation, working well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated control mindset and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems and technologies
