Job Summary
Vice President on JPMorgan Chase’s Wholesale Lending FERC Transformation Team to lead strategic data-quality and regulatory reporting initiatives. Drive design and implementation of strategic solutions to meet external regulatory reporting challenges, collaborating with technology, reporting, and business partners to onboard/decommission systems, develop reporting logic, and provide analytics. Lead end-to-end projects including data capture/remediation, operating-model enhancements, training, and status updates for senior management; ensure accurate SEC/regulatory reporting for wholesale lending; apply advanced data-management techniques, data profiling, and analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, AWS Databricks, SQL, Tableau); utilize LLMs to solve problems and improve productivity; maintain detailed requirements documentation and communicate findings across Risk, Operations, Technology, and Accounting/Legal Policy.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in financial control or regulatory external reporting within banking or financial services
- Advanced expertise in data management and analysis
- Proficiency with Alteryx, AWS Databricks, SQL, and Tableau for dashboards
- Strong data lineage mapping and documentation skills
- Ability to leverage large language models (LLMs) to enhance productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication for senior management and stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building across multiple functions
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment
