Job Summary
Optical lab leadership role overseeing production, quality assurance, regulatory compliance (FDA/HIPAA), and operational management for an ophthalmic lab. Responsible for driving efficiency, workflow optimization, inventory control, staff scheduling, and safety, while collaborating with Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Requires ABOC certification or Licensed Optician and experience in optical manufacturing/Rx lab environments with multi-level leadership. Relocation is available.
