Job Summary
Policy Manager within EMEA Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) Policy and Program Support Team, responsible for interpreting changes in AML/KYC regulations across Europe, updating and guiding policy and procedures to align with Firm-wide KYC Standards, and serving as a liaison between internal business leaders and Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance. You will monitor regulatory changes, perform gap assessments, define changes to guidance and procedures, oversee change management, and help shape operational execution as a subject-matter expert across multiple European countries.
Required Qualifications
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships at multiple levels of seniority
- Results-oriented individual that can deliver high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Relevant experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, Risk or Audit
- Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and understanding of country-specific regulatory challenges
- Ability to understand and interpret the impact of policy and procedural changes, as well as identify and convey potential problem areas
- Understand the policy implementation cycle within a large financial institution
