Wholesale Customer Service Representative I

Provide customer service and support to internal and wholesale customers via telephone, delivering current product information, quotations, and inventory details to fulfill orders for tires, parts, and service. Process orders accurately and efficiently, perform data entry and administrative tasks, and coordinate deliveries with the shipping department. Adhere to internal controls and policies while maintaining excellent phone skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a detailed-oriented approach to multitasking. Requires a high school diploma, two years of customer service experience, and preferred tire industry background.
