Job Summary
Wholesale Customer Care Specialist I provides frontline support for Tire Rack's wholesale tire business, handling customer inquiries, warranty processing, order support, and issue resolution across phone, email, and warranty submissions. Responsibilities include responding to orders and product inquiries, processing replacements/returns/exchanges, coordinating with manufacturers and dealers for warranty documentation, preparing rebate submissions, tracking deliveries, and supporting cross-functional teams with administrative tasks. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-channel service mindset, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or call center settings; MS Office proficiency; and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center, customer service, or e-commerce environment.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
