Job Summary
VP-level Wholesale Credit Risk Product Owner responsible for shaping product strategy and roadmap within Wholesale Credit Risk. Drives cross-functional collaboration with technology, UX, and business stakeholders; leads discovery, market research, and metric-driven decision making; manages release activities in Agile/Scrum; ensures features align with specifications and delivery timelines; guides governance and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management / Development or related capacity and proficiency in process re-engineering or similar
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications; ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly and high degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive decisions, problem solving and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional products/programs/projects with multiple stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Experience within large Financial Services firms and basic level of domain knowledge in Credit Risk; Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing technical designs; Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
