Job Summary
Vice President in Wholesale Credit Risk EMEA leading due diligence, structuring and negotiation for Investment Grade and Leveraged facilities across Automotive, Capital Goods, Aerospace & Defence, Business Services, Airlines and Transportation. responsibilities include negotiating and developing recommendations for new transaction approvals, leading credit analysis to assess counterparty creditworthiness, structuring and documenting facilities, coaching Analysts and Associates, managing ongoing credit risk portfolio, and maintaining senior-level relationships with stakeholders across the Commercial & Investment Bank, including Coverage/Corporate Bank, product specialists, Markets, Capital Markets, and M&A. Requires sound credit judgment, strong communication, knowledge of transaction structures and banking products, ability to lead execution of new deals and portfolio workstreams, and significant experience in a comparable environment.
