Job Summary
Vice President / Associate level role in EMEA Emerging Markets Credit covering corporate, financial institutions, and sovereign-related clients across Emerging Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Responsibilities include leading credit analysis, due diligence, financial modelling, and structuring across secured/unsecured loans, derivatives, and treasury products; drafting credit memos and recommending risk appetite and credit grades; leading loan documentation negotiations and execution; delivering end-to-end credit ownership, monitoring sector trends, and maintaining understanding of portfolio clients; coaching and developing junior team members and engaging internal/external stakeholders to drive credit decisions and client outcomes.
