Assist in managing and updating product listings on the Shopify platform, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via email and live chat to provide excellent service. This full-time role requires a minimum of 2.5 years of practical experience, with previous Shopify experience preferred. Strong attention to detail is essential for data entry and product management.
