Wholesale Client Relationship Manager

Wholesale Client Relationship Manager responsible for managing smaller commercial and wholesale relationships, coordinating client sales and service execution, and providing construction consulting for loans. Develops and maintains portfolios with focus on customer service, cross-selling, and adherence to bank policies. Works with CLS group and other bank areas on construction loans, deposits, and loan processing, including handling inquiries, escalations, and ongoing relationship management; collaborates on new originations, renewals, modifications, risk ratings, and loan closings as needed; supports central doc prep and outside counsel as appropriate; emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving to service high-value clients up to multi-million borrower exposure.
