Job Summary
Process and manage numismatic inventory by receiving shipments, verifying quantities, inspecting for quality, and ensuring accuracy against purchase orders. Utilize proprietary software to handle purchase orders, invoices, transfers, and grading while organizing warehouse space with systematic labeling. Fulfill wholesale orders by picking items according to customer specifications, preparing proper packaging and documentation for delivery, and regularly reconciling physical counts with recorded levels. Communicate with suppliers to coordinate purchases and negotiate terms, providing support to sales and customer service teams regarding inventory availability. Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and finance to achieve company objectives. Located in Costa Mesa, CA, this full-time role requires reliable commuting or relocation and offers health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
