Job Summary
Wholesale Associate supports North America wholesale and Pure Online Women’s and Men’s lines by handling key operational tasks, shipping recaps, EDIs, PO communications, and order follow-ups; collaborates with sales, client services, logistics, and cross-functional teams; manages RTVs, production changes, and post-order updates; creates PowerPoint presentations for management; supervises seasonal interns and assists with in-store transfers and trade-show activities; requires Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 1-2 years in wholesale/merchandising support, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience in omni-channel luxury fashion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a wholesale, buying, or merchandising support role
- Experience in an omni-channel luxury fashion or wholesale environment is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Familiarity with company calendars, deadlines, sales plans, and budgets
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, production, and merchandising
