Job Summary

Drive territory volume targets and oversee in-store execution programming to increase sales velocity across Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado, and Michigan. Manage key account growth, develop new business pipelines, and execute joint business planning with the marketing team to attract and capture customers. Prepare sales reports, maintain inventory levels, and attend industry events to build buyer relationships and stay current on competitive landscapes. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel up to 50% of the time, and potential evening or weekend hours. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000.

Required Qualifications

  • A track record in business development and key account management
  • A strong sales track record in driving revenue, achieving growth and building strong customer relationships
  • Experience of exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within the State regularly
  • At least 2 years of professional sales experience
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales outside sales channel experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Solid understanding of the cannabis industry, cannabis laws, rules and regulations
  • Ability to stay current on any changes for the industry
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Capable of working from remote location(s) within IL
