Job Summary
Manage wholesale accounts from order entry to final delivery, serving as the primary operational contact for international and domestic retail partners. Track the order lifecycle, audit import documentation for compliance, and troubleshoot EDI challenges with internal teams. Coordinate new item setup, maintain pricing files, and monitor shipments to flag supply chain risks. Compile performance reports, analyze trends, and communicate shortages or delays to customers while collaborating with the DC and planning teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of wholesale/retail operations experience
- direct exposure to Canada and/or other international retailers and markets
- Strong working knowledge of EDI processes
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain logistics
- Strong working knowledge of retail compliance
- Advanced Excel skills
