Whole Energy Network Analyst

Lead hydrogen and whole-energy system planning analyses within the CSNP, shaping methodology, assumptions and analytical approaches. Act as a technical authority on hydrogen in the CSNP and its interactions with gas, electricity and carbon capture. Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive analyses, develop simulations/models, ensure high-quality standards, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders and regulators. Liaise with DESNZ, Ofgem and industry; produce materials/reports for internal and external audiences; mentor analysts and support multiple workstreams. Focus on responsibilities and skills in whole-energy system thinking, cross-vector integration, data-driven decision support, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.
