WHOLE CHILD MODEL DISTRICT COACH

Coach school teams to adopt the Whole Child Model by setting shared visions, advancing conditions for change, and building capacity for sustainable implementation. Design and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, group learning experiences, and inspiration visits to equip educators with tools for adopting and refining school practices. Create resources such as toolkits, video examples, and guides that codify core aspects of school design including hiring, scheduling, and budget guidance. Facilitate rigorous research and development by helping teams pilot innovations, summarize learning, and use evidence to inform strategy for spreading the model. Guide planning teams to develop goals, build habits, and integrate Whole Child practices into their approaches while leveraging expertise in social-emotional learning and instructional coaching.
