Required Qualifications
- National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
- Unrestricted, active licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
- Women's Health Nurse Practitioners ONLY
- Labor and Delivery RN Experience Strongly Preferred
