Job Summary
WHNP-credentialed clinician sought to provide comprehensive women’s health and primary care services at a community health center in Novato, CA. The role focuses on culturally responsive, patient-centered care with responsibilities including sexual history intake, contraceptive counseling, family history assessment, evaluation/diagnosis/management of vaginal infections, UTIs, STIs, abnormal uterine bleeding, PCOS, fibroids, pregnancy of unknown location, urinary conditions, chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis, adnexal masses, dyspareunia, menopause and hormone therapy, infertility/pre-conception counseling, and breast/ pelvic organ concerns. Procedural duties include colposcopy and cervical biopsy with endocervical curettage, basic suturing, post-operative wound care, catheter care, wound management for cesarean incisions, and pelvic ultrasound (transabdominal/transvaginal) for pregnancy assessment and IUD localization. The role operates in a team-based, community-focused health center serving patients regardless of insurance status and requires strong bilingual English/Spanish communication, with at least 3+ years of hands-on primary care experience or a 12+ month residency-style program. Compensation ranges from $135,000–$160,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits. Novato, CA location with in-person scheduling and full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on primary care clinical experience (clinical rotations/clerkships do not count) or completion of a residency-style hands-on training program of 12 months or longer
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
