White Settlement: 5th grade RLA

Deliver differentiated academic instruction and maintain a classroom climate that maximizes student potential across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social domains. Design and submit standards-based lesson plans, implement district curriculum, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Manage student behavior per the Student Code of Conduct, collaborate with support teachers for at-risk and special needs students, and monitor student performance in various settings. Create authentic assessments, provide timely feedback on assignments, and maintain accurate documentation of grades, behavior, and interventions. Ensure compliance with all district policies, participate in staff development, and communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders. Maintain on-site regular attendance and uphold confidentiality of student information.
