Job Summary
Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with care while ensuring plates are presented beautifully and match ticket details. Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management, and assist with table maintenance including pre-bussing, running sauces/condiments, and refills as needed. Support the kitchen and front-of-house team during peak service and maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas. Uphold Whiskey Cake's standards for quality, hospitality, and teamwork. This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs in a high-volume environment. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but hands-on training and development are provided for the right person.
